These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Juniper Interior Design website and your engagement of our interior design services. By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or entering into a service agreement with Juniper Interior Design, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.

Juniper Interior Design provides residential interior design services, including new construction design guidance, remodel design, Designer for a Day consultations, builder selections coordination, outdoor living design, and furnishing design.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are defined in a separate written service agreement or proposal between Juniper Interior Design and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement governs.

Juniper Interior Design is a design studio. We do not provide architectural, engineering, structural, or general contracting services, and nothing in our design guidance should be relied upon as a substitute for licensed professional advice in those disciplines.

Submitting an inquiry through this website, by phone, or by email does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is formed only when both parties have agreed to a scope of work in writing and any required retainer has been received.

Consultations, including Designer for a Day sessions, are scheduled by appointment and may require prepayment. Cancellation and rescheduling terms for appointments will be communicated at the time of booking.

Design fees are quoted per project or per session and are due as outlined in your service agreement. Retainers are generally non-refundable once design work has begun.

Where we assist with the procurement of furniture, fixtures, finishes, or other goods, pricing, availability, lead times, freight charges, and restocking fees are set by the respective vendors and may change without notice. We are not responsible for vendor delays, backorders, discontinued items, or manufacturer defects, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving such issues.

Custom, made-to-order, and final-sale items are typically not returnable. Return, exchange, and warranty matters are subject to each vendor's policies.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely decisions and approvals, reasonable access to the project site, and prompt payment per the agreed schedule.

Clients are responsible for verifying all dimensions, quantities, colors, and materials before approving orders or installations. Variations in dye lots, finishes, natural materials, and screen displays are normal and to be expected.

All design concepts, drawings, renderings, plans, specifications, and other materials created by Juniper Interior Design remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. These materials are licensed to the client solely for use in the project for which they were created and may not be reused, reproduced, or shared for other projects without written permission.

All content on this website — including text, images, the Juniper Interior Design name and logo, and design elements — is the property of Juniper Interior Design and may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.

Unless a client requests otherwise in writing, Juniper Interior Design may photograph completed projects and use those photographs, along with project descriptions, for portfolio, marketing, social media, and publication purposes. We will never disclose a client's full name or street address without permission.

We may recommend or coordinate with builders, contractors, tradespeople, and vendors. Any such party is an independent business and not an agent or employee of Juniper Interior Design. Your contract for construction, installation, or product purchase is with that third party, and we are not responsible for their work, conduct, timelines, or warranties.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that website content is complete, current, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juniper Interior Design's liability for any claim arising out of our services or this website is limited to the design fees actually paid to us for the project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including construction costs, delays, or loss of use.

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping its content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

This website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas, unless otherwise agreed in a signed service agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
